Who can enter the contest?

Anyone aged 18 or older that works in the recruiting space and is based in Canada, the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, or the UK. Quil employees, affiliates, and their family members are not eligible. For full eligibility information, see the Terms & Conditions.

What’s the prize?

The winner will receive a prepaid gift card valued at approximately $2,000 USD. You can use it toward flights, hotels, or experiences of your choice.

How do I enter?

Post on LinkedIn about your recruiting admin struggles. Text, photo, or video all count! Make sure to tag @Quil, use the hashtag #QuilContest, and keep your post public until Dec 12, 2025.

You can earn extra entries by following Quil on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube (+1 entry each), as well as tagging Quil in an Instagram story.

Do I need to have a Quil account to enter?

Nope!

How is the winner selected?

The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.

Each valid LinkedIn post counts as one entry, plus you can earn bonus entries for following Quil on LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube (1 each) and 5 extra entries for tagging us in an Instagram Story. More entries = better odds of winning. 🎉

Can I only submit one LinkedIn post?

Yes, you can only post once. If you post more than that, we'll accept the first one - so make it your best!

If I win, when do I get my prize?

We’ll contact the winner by email or LinkedIn InMail/Message to confirm details and issue the prize electronically.
